Vitamin E is again an antioxidant and again works to strengthen your body's immune system and keep you healthy and fit. Unlike some other vitamins, Vitamin E has been proven to help fight some cancers and lower the risk of heart disease.

When choosing any vitamin supplement, ensure that you find one that is right for you, contains a suitable amount of vitamins and can be taken on a daily basis.
